2. Free virtual appointment. After discussing the scope of your project, your representative will prepare a virtual estimate and present it using a videoconferencing platform. We will walk you through the repair or replacement process and answer any questions you may have.
3. E-contract. Once you are ready to move forward with the project, we will send you electronic paperwork to sign. We can also discuss our convenient financing options that will make your next home investment affordable.
4. Project scheduling & completion. The project will be scheduled and completed by our expert team. At no time will anyone from Austin Pro need to enter your home.
5. Paperless billing. Once the project is complete and you are satisfied, all billing and payments can be completed online.
