From drab to fab…this home received a complete window, siding and gutter makeover. New corbels, gable details and exciting exterior lighting make this house unique and gorgeous. Thanks to the customer for allowing us to be involved on this project.

This South Austin home was completely transformed on the exterior with the use of James Hardie Color Plus siding and Atrium white vinyl windows. Boothbay Blue was the color of choice for the siding and a copper-colored trim was used to match the copper-colored gutters.

With an eye toward perfection, this customer chose the elite “Platinum” Simonton replacement window series. Backed by a “double” lifetime warranty, these energy-efficient vinyl windows gave this customer the ultimate peace of mind.

Boothbay Blue colored trim adorns James Hardie’s Light Mist colored siding. New white Simonton vinyl windows were installed to provide an updated look with increased energy efficiency.

Located off of 1st Street in one of South Austin’s trendy neighborhoods, this customer just had to get her windows right! With making some window opening modifications to meet the city’s stringent egress rules, white vinyl Simonton windows were her choice.

This home incorporates the natural feel of stained cedar trim into the rich beauty of the Boothbay Blue Color Plus siding. This home, situated just blocks from the bustling Arboretum area, feels many more miles away from civilization with its many stained cedar decks and large tree canopy that tie seamlessly into the new exterior remodel.

An interesting red tone on the front door pops pleasantly against the Timber Bark Color Plus siding by James Hardie. The fiber cement siding has the popular cedarmill finish that Central Texans love.

This historic home, located near downtown Austin, was remodeled with Simonton vinyl windows and fiber-cement siding. This cedar-textured siding is accented with a “bead” that runs along the bottom of each plank. Window openings were modified to offer symmetry on the home.

Being a big fan of preserving the original look of the house, this customer had bad and missing asbestos siding shingles replaced with new fiber-cement siding shingles of the same look. New Simonton windows and window trim were also installed.


This Volente Beach home is wrapped in a tan limestone exterior. When the owners wanted new energy-efficient windows, they decided on color matching the stone with Simonton’s tan vinyl windows.

This aged home had it’s re-set button pushed when new James Hardie siding, Simonton windows and seamless gutters were recently installed.

This couple had extensive rot on the south facing portion of the home and needed board and batten reconstruction. Once the repairs were made with James Hardie products, the entire house was re-painted with Sherwin Williams lifetime warranty paint.

Part of a complete home remodel, this customer converted his garage to a full walk-out apartment by removing the garage doors and installing a whopping four-panel Jeld Wen sliding glass door.

This North Austin home has new white vinyl windows by Simonton and a newly installed front door from Nearly half the board and batten siding was replaced with James Hardie products. And finally, a fresh coat of Sherwin Williams paint was applied to the entire house.
