What to expect

Pick a time on the calendar and a project manager will meet you at your home. Plan on 30 minutes to an hour. We'll walk around the house with you, measure the areas you want to replace, and talk through materials, colors and timing. Afterward you'll get a written estimate with clear pricing, and you can take as long as you need to decide.

A few things make the visit more useful:

• Your HOA's rules for exterior changes, if you have an HOA
• Photos of any storm damage, and your claim number if you've already filed with your insurance company
• Pictures of homes you like. Our highlighted projects page is a good place to find them.
