Planning & approval
We laid out the scope: a full tear off, James Hardie 8.25" Select Cedar Mill install, and a complete Sherwin Williams repaint. The homeowner approved the plan on Feb 2, 2025. Material orders were staged through ABC Supply, Lowe's, and Sherwin Williams ahead of the install date.
Installation
The crew ran the double-layer tear off down to the sheathing, then installed the primed HardiePlank Select Cedar Mill. Once the boards were set, we painted all siding by the square and finished the porch pillars and posts with SuperPaint. Both trades wrapped up on Apr 2, 2025.
Completion
