We walked the home to measure every opening and check the condition of the existing units. The crew found a mix of standard windows and several oversized openings greater than 132 united inches. One opening didn't match a stock size, which flagged the need for a frame expander later on.
The project was approved on August 13, 2024, and moved into the prospect stage the same day. We finalized the NT Windows Executive selection and confirmed the scope, including a door and the frame expander.
