The doors scope centered on installing a standard 8-foot patio door alongside new window units. We ordered the door and windows on June 27 and installed them once they arrived. Every opening got foam sealing and color-matched caulk for a weather-tight fit. The garage doors were also repainted to tie the whole exterior together.
The homeowner found Austin Pro through an internet search and first reached out on March 4, 2022. The early conversation focused on replacing worn wood siding and improving the home's exterior against south Austin weather.

Once we started pulling the old siding, we checked the sheathing underneath. Some spots needed replacement, so we installed new 1/2" OSB sheathing before any Hardie went up. We also clad the fascia on the front garage gable and tucked it under the drip edge board. That detail keeps water moving off the roof edge instead of behind the trim, which matters during a hard Texas downpour.
