What did the crew find during inspection?

Hail rarely stops at the shingles, and this home proved it. Beyond the bruised comp field, we found gutter runs that needed replacing and window glass that had been struck hard enough to fail. Storms in this part of Round Rock hit older 1990s and early-2000s builds especially hard, since the original roofing has usually aged past its useful life by now. We flagged carpentry repairs at the deck level too, so the new system would sit on sound wood instead of soft spots. Steep roofs punish shortcuts, so we prioritized clean nailing lines and full sealant coverage at every penetration. We used Geocel 2300 TriPolymer sealant at the flashings and a new chimney chase cover to close off the old weak point.
