Complete James Hardie Select Cedar Mill 8.25" Fiber Cement Siding Installation | Full Trim, Fascia, Soffit, and Exterior Paint Package

This Round Rock project replaced tired siding with James Hardie fiber cement in the Select Cedar Mill 8.25" profile. We added Hardie trim at 12" per LF, wrapped porch columns in 3/4" trim, and installed new 6" fascia and soffit with H-mold. Fiber cement stands up to 100°+ summers, hail, and cedar pollen far better than wood or old panel siding. We finished with a fresh paint package that tied the whole exterior together.

The exterior painting component utilized premium Sherwin Williams products in the sophisticated Renwick Olive color, chosen to complement the natural cedar mill texture of the new siding. Professional preparation and application covered fascia and soffit areas up to 24 inches, garage doors, and the newly installed porch ceiling for complete exterior coordination. Sherwin Williams' advanced paint formulations were selected for their superior UV resistance and fade protection, essential for maintaining color integrity under Central Texas's harsh sun exposure. The careful color selection and expert application created a cohesive exterior design that enhances the home's architectural features while providing long-lasting protection against the elements.
