The exterior painting job followed the siding install using Sherwin Williams SuperPaint. Coverage included siding, fascia and soffit up to 24", gutters, downspouts, and the porch ceiling. SuperPaint was picked for its strong UV and fade resistance in the Texas sun. The whole exterior now carries one clean, consistent color.

Many Milwood homes were built in the 1980s and 1990s. Their original wood or composite siding rarely survives decades of Austin sun, hail, and cedar pollen without swelling or cracking.
