Installation
The Simonton windows arrived in late June and our crew installed them over several days right after. Siding installation followed in late July, running across multiple days one section at a time. Exterior paint from Sherwin Williams went on once the fiber cement was up.
Completion
August 24, 2023We completed the project on August 24, 2023, and the job closed out on September 6. The final walkthrough confirmed a weather-tight, freshly painted exterior with new energy-efficient windows. Both products carry manufacturer warranties for long-term peace of mind.

Why did this Leisurewoods home need new siding?
The original siding had taken years of abuse from Buda summers and spring storms. Homes built in the 1990s often used wood or composite panels that swell, crack, and fade over time. This one was overdue for something tougher.
